In Mittersill you will find every conceivable and imaginable kind of fun winter sports.
During winter the transfer bus takes you from the center, every half hour, to the new panoramic cable car of the Kitzbüheler mountain range.

Other ski areas like Zell am See, Gletscherbahnen Kaprun, Wildkogel, ski arena Zillertal and  Kitzbühel can also be easily reached by car within half an hour drive.

For the cross country fans, we offer a very well developed, partly illuminated, cross-country trail net. Toboggan runs and skating place are likewise lit up!

The holiday house offers a very well equipped kitchen in the basement, separate from the living room, which includes a dishwasher, a fridge, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, coffeemaker etc. at your disposal.

In addition, the basement offers one more WC, bath, Stüberl as well as a single room with a sofa which can be used as an additional bed.

In the upper floor of the house we have a double room, and a room with 2 separate beds. A writing corner as well as another WC and washing facility at your disposal.

The other contents and fixtures of the holiday house include a HiFi unit with CD player, two TV, a video recorder, two tiled stoves, various games, table linen and bedclothes, and if required a crib.

In summer, the surroundings in and around Mittersill are the ideal starting points for excursions to explore the diverse landscapes and to engage in various activities.

The Hohe Tauern national park offers a delightfully intact natural landscape, relaxation, mountain biking, cycling, mountain climbing, Alp walking, golf, swimming and fishing.

In addition, Mittersill is a starting point for excursions to the Krimmler waterfalls, the Großglockner and the Kapruner reservoir.

Other nearby destinations: Salzburg, Kitzbühel and Lienz can also easily be reached by car.

Even though we are located near the local center Mittersill, about five walking minutes, you can still enjoy in our holiday home an absolutely quiet position.

From the East:
* Vienna-Salzburg (A 1 = vignette required!) -  'Kleines Deutsches Eck'  to Lofer - Zell am See- Mittersill
* Vienna-Salzburg (A 1 = vignette required!) - direction Villach - exit Bischofshofen - Zell am See- Mittersill

Train:
International trains to Zell am See- from there by the regional train to Stuhlfelden or Mittersill.
