Comfortable, big (approx. 95 m²) holiday apartment (suitable for 4-7 persons) on a small hill with marvellous view of Rauris. Directly in the Kreuzboden –and valley departure and toboggan run (toboggan made available for free).
The apartment exists of a 3-bed and 2 twin-bedded rooms, balcony, a big day room (approx. 25 m²) with SAT TV, separate, completely furnished kitchen, shower, WC, dry space for ski clothing. Own parking lot available.
