My Vacation in Zell am See
In winter our guests love to ski on the Kitzsteinhorn glacier in Kaprun. The Areitbahn to Schmittenhöhe is app. 500 m away and the cross-country ski run is next to our house.
The Europa Sportregion offers a plurality of activities to enjoy your winter holiday. Winter hiking, horse drawn sleigh rides, ice sports as well as après ski or wellness and relaxation in one of the spas in Zell and Kaprun.

Relax in a sun chair in our garden.
Our guest house is the ideal basis to start excursions and activities. The city centre and the lake with its baths can be reached within 5 - 10 minutes by car. Local railway and bus stops are in a walking distance of about five minutes.
The 36 hole golf course is about 5 minutes away by foot, the airfield can be reached in 10 min. You will find promenades, trails and the "Tauernradweg" bike way in the immediate vicinity.

Our guest house is situated in Zellermoos, a calm and sunny part of Zell am See with a tremendous view on the surrounding mountains. The Areitbahn can be reached within 10 min. on foot, (ski) bus stops to Zell and Kaprun in less than 5 min.
Our beautiful and large rooms provide shower/WC, cable tv and partly a balcony. We serve continental breakfast which can be enjoyed on our terrace when the weather allows. We provide a fridge, a microwave, an electric kettle, dishes, cutlery and glasses in our cosy breakfast and living room. In addition we offer free wi-fi as well as a lockable storage room for your skiing and biking equipment.
